Here in America, NC to be precise, what company can I get health insurance from after I was diagnosed with LCIS back in 2009? It's not the pleomorphic kind - just the lower risk kind. I don't want BC/BS as they drive me crazy, refusing every claim until you fight with them. I was refused by the company I wanted just because of this diagnosis. Will that still be true, or would ObamaCare mean they can't refuse me? Would it help to wait until January?
In this forum, we specialize in breast health and breast cancer issues.
I think you'd be more likely to get helpful answers regarding your insurance issues by meeting with an independent insurance agent, who would specialize in and be knowledgeable about all the insurance questions you have posed.
