Internal scarring after tram flap

Internal scarring after tram flap

I had a tram flap procedure done in 2000. All went very well except for the tightness I had in my abdomen as a result.
I was told "fat necrosis" had formed about the size of a hot dog. I had it removed once.  It has since returned. It isn't painful, just very tight like I'm wearing a very taught belt that can't be loosened. I was wondering if there is anything that can be done for this or will it likely return if I have it removed again?

Thank you for any advice!

Dear Beachgirl4,  It is difficult to answer your question without assessment.  This is a question best discussed with a plastic surgeon who would need to evaluate including physical examination before being able to advise you.
