Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Grade 2

My mother has been diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, grade 2.  Immunohistochemistry shows ER positive 95%, PR positive 40%, and HER-2/neu equivocal score 2+.  She underwent local wide excision with axillary clearance, level 2 and level 3 lymphnodes, diagnosed as IDC grade 2, pT2, N1, M0, margins free, LNS 1/28.  She has already completed her 6 rounds of chemotherapy. Is radiation therapy a necessary part in this cancer after chemotherapy, kindly suggest.
