Is This a Supicious Lump?

My Chiropractor found a medium sized lump im my left breast this week. He sais we would keep checking to see if it changes in any way, and said he did not like it one bit. I am 38 years old and had a benign tumor removed from my right breast about 6-7 years ago. This new lump is totally different than the previous one. The previous one was smooth and round, but this one
feels as if it has spikes, or little protrusions growing from it, as if it has 1000 little fingers. I hate to touch it. It is not painful at all. My doc said it is moveable and is not attached to my chest wall which is a good sign. Should I be worried? Is it a good idea to wait or should I go get a sonogram ASAP. I say sonogram because at my last mamogram (mammogram), the tumor did not even show up. My breast do discharge fluid if I squeeze the nipple but I have read that this is normal in women of child-bearing ages, is this true. Any info will be appreciated. Thank You

Dear solace, The only way to be sure this lump is not cancerous is to have it further evaluated.  You may want to consider seeing a physician who is specialized in evaluting breast lumps and will discus with you the need for further and appropriate testing.
