Is exercise and massage bad for tumor?or cancer

by Gaye_Sullivane, Jul 03, 2009 07:30AM
I have been diagnosed to have fibroadenoma in my left breast.
Is it  wrong and bad to have a body massage and have a regular exercise because of my situation.
Please enlighten me..

Thank you in advance.

Since Fibroadenomas are benign breast tumors (NOT CANCER) there is no reason not to exercise or have massages. Depemding on the size of the fibroadenoma it might cause you some discomfort so I would suggest that you wear a GOOD sports type supportive bra when exercising.    Regards ....
