I have been diagnosed to have fibroadenoma in my left breast.
Is it wrong and bad to have a body massage and have a regularRegular insulin exercise because of my situation.
Please enlighten me..
Since Fibroadenomas are benignBenign ear cyst or tumor Benign positional vertigo breast tumors (NOT CANCER) there is no reason not to exercise or have massages. Depemding on the size of the fibroadenoma it might cause you some discomfort so I would suggest that you wear a GOOD sports type supportive bra when exercising. Regards ....
