Is there a natural cure for cancer?

We all know that cancer can be cured through chemotherapy.  
And is it possible for a cancer patient to be cured through laughing,water therapy and frequent exercise?

Dear rica11:  There has been no research to date that indicates that cancer can be cured through means of laughter, exercise or other complementary therapies alone.  There is research that supports the use of these therapies in addition to standard therapies (such as chemotherapy) to improve side effect management and well being.
