LYMPH node on my neck that wont go away

I have a lypmhnode in my neck, just below my jaw. I just finishe treatment for ptb a few months ago but the lyphnodes are sttill there, I also notice that in the morning I cough and my thraoat kinda gets itchy

You should reconsult with your doctor. A clinical examination is important at this point about whether this is tubercular enlargement, bacterial or due to some other cause.
Since when have you noticed the lymph node enlargement. From the other symptoms that you describe - this is most probably due to your throat infection nad will probably need a course of antibiotics.
Let us know if you have any other doubts and post us about what your doctor has advised.
