Left arm pain/left breast pain/ discharge

I am a healthy 21 year old, about two weeks ago I started having horrible pain in my thumb and wrist. The pain moved up into my arm and into my chest/breast area and back. I saw a chiropractor and he was able to work on my wrist. Most of the pain has moved up into my left breast and armpit area. I did find a lump and am having a clear/white discharge from both breasts. I also have a tingling sensation in my back. The pain is so bad it radiates back down into my arm causing numbness and weakness. I've seen a neurologist and she did a nerve conduction study and everything was fine so she wants me to get an MRI. I see my primary care doctor tomorrow. The pain in my breast comes and goes but when it comes it is unbearable?  Should I be concerned about breast cancer?
