Hi,
When a lump can be felt and does not show on mammogram or ultrasound,(Sometimes it can happen) you can ask your Doctor to order a needle biopsy. If it's a cyst, it will go away with the needle. If it's solid, the needle can sample it. So if there's a lump there, it really doesn't matter what the mammogram or ultrasound show... a lump is a lump and it needs to either be carefully watched, if you and your doctor are comfortable with that approach, or have it biopsied.
Please discuss with your doctor about these options concerning this lump.
Best wishes...
