Lumps in the Armpit

I am a 24 years old Male. It has almost been one year now that i get these boils in my armpit on the innerside of the skin in both the arm's, but more in the left armpit. i just kept on ignoring them. but since last 2days i have got a prominent boil almost a size of small marbel. it doest not normally pain, but there is always a feeling of something inside there. when i touch it or press a little, it does pain.

can it be any kind of Cancer?. i am really worried.

Dear MRD:  Lumps that come and go are not usually cancer.  It is more likely, from what you are describing that you have some inflammatory process.  It could be as simple as an ingrown hair or a pimple.  If this gets worse or does not go away, you should see your doctor for evaluation.
