Lymph Node Question Swollen

I have recently felt my axillary and mammary glands, they are tender and swollen.  The left side in the axillary region are bigger than the right.  I have no other signs of swollen nodes.  Is this something to worry about?
for the last 3 months I have had different lymph nodes mainly in head./neck swell and become tender only to go back down, but I am not sick.  Could this be infection related or stress?  thanks

Swollen lymph nodes are a sign that your body is fighting an infection somewhere .... it need not be terribly serious though. I don't believe that lymph nodes respond to stress. Lymph nodes are very small (like a small bean) and if the entire axillary area is swollen then I suggest that you ck. with you Dr. for an examination, an opinion and any possible treatment that is necessary.   Regards ....
