Lymph nodes under arms...concern or not?
Both of my armpits have one, what I think to be, lymph nodes. I can only feel them when my arm is down and I press into the skin. They feel about the size of a marble. Is this anything to be concerned about? I noticed them a couple of months ago and forgot about them. They are still there though.
Lymph nodes will enlarge if there is any type of infection in the body .... that is their job. Often they will not return to what one would term "normal" size. Since you saw your Dr. and he found nothing unusual it seems that things are OK now ... Regards ...
Just went to my doctor. He said it was fine. They were not even enlarged. He did blood work, but wasn't concerned.
