MAMMO RESULTS, FINAL

MAMMO RESULTS, FINAL

Hello,  yesterday I went to have the "spot compression" done.
It's all OK. They squeezed the life out of what it was. Said it could have been a fatty tissue? I hope that can hppen.
They said that it was no longer seen. They put a marker on too.
They said, we'll see you next year.
I have to say that the last 16 days have been the longest.
I feel for any who have devistating news. I know I almost lost my mind, just trying to see what my next steps would be.
I pray for all of you who need to deal with the rough stuff ahead.

Hi,

Congratulations on the good news about the mammogram coming out alright. The waiting and anxiety about the diagnosis does get to you.

It is important that you carry on with regular breast self examinations and report any abnormal features to your doctor. Also follow up periodically for clinical breast examinations and get repeat mammograms and other investigations annually or as recommended by your doctor.

Keep us posted about how you are doing and if you have any other doubts.

Regards.
