It is quite rare IF the metastisis is to the adrenal glands only and when this does occur it is more likely from ILC. It is not quite so rare when other organs are involved. When it is solitary removal of the affected adrenal glad has proven adequate treatment. When other organs are involved it's a different situation most likely calling for some form of Chemotherapy but this is relative to many factors. Regards...
