MRI Breast

MRI report indicates"there is enhancing lesion 0.7X0.3X0.5 in the right breast at 9-10 oclock meddile depth.This nodule shows rapid washout enhancement cureve.Recommendation right upper breast ultrasound".
There is an ovalshaped enhancing nodule in the Lt breast UOQ measuring 0.4x0.2x0.2. Thisnodule is of high signal intensity on inversion recovery images. This nodule is most likely suggestive of a bagnin appearing intramammary lymph node. There are no suspicious enhancing lesions in the left breast.
Questions:
1. In the report graphs, I see the followings for the Rt, UO qadrant:
    a. Enhancement composition: Initial Rise 0% rapid and 100% Medium
    b. Delay Response:  Rapid (Persistent 0%, Plateau 0%, Washout 0%)
                                   Medium (Persistent 51%, Plateau 43%, Washout 6%)
    c. Curve Peak: 64% (Medium Washout
    d. Encapsulating Ellipsoid: (with 10 mm margins) Diameters:3.0x 2.6x 2.6 cm, volume 10.5 cm

2. In the report graph, I see the followingsfor the Lt, UO qadrant:
    a. Enhancement composition: Initial Rise 9% rapid and 91% Medium
    b. Delay Response:  Rapid (Persistent 9%, Plateau 0%, Washout 0%)
                                   Medium (Persistent 91%, Plateau 0%, Washout 0%)
    c. Curve Peak: 117% (Medium Washout
    d. Encapsulating Ellipsoid: (with 10 mm margins) Diameters:3.0x 2.6x 2.6 cm, volume 10.5 cm.
Is there any mixing between Rt and Lt in the report reading comparing to the compostion enhancement. Is the reading correct looking at the numbers.
Ultrasound of the rt breast was done after this test was done and found to be normal

The correct reading and interpretation of the report needs to be left to your Physician .... it states that the finding indicates an intramammary lymph node which is of no particular concern. You should be asking your prescribing Dr. for a detailed explanation and follow any recommendations that were made.    Regards ....
