Mongolian blue spots myself. This time it looked bigger to me than previous years.Appeared to be dime size.(from dot to dime). obgyn never felt lump, but i do once in a while. I am sure Im fine, Y? Because I had a dna/genetic test specificFor Breast Cancer recommended by my nutritionist which came back negative. If I did not do this, I would not b at 'ease'now. Y does dr not indicate 'x size 2005, x size 2009?? It looked bigger to me on the screen in office, unless the 'magnification' of the GE Senograhe Digital system, was set "differently" than the previous times?? had brief sharp shooting pain in R&L Bst occassionly). I wonder if dot/dime is pressing on a nerve causing shooting pain? > I never had inverted nipples until I turned 30.42 now. They come out from the cold. My mother said hers became inverted at some time also. > 38 year old cousin died of BC 10 yrs ago. (on my mothers side). Cousin & Aunt on my father's side had breast cancer but beat it).
My report reads: Screening Mammogram-Digital (M-SCR-D);Mammo were obtained in standard craniocaudad & mediolateral oblique projections. I-CAD was also utilized for evaluation of images.
> Both breasts r extremely dense. No dominant mass lesions or abn calcifications. no signif interval change.
IMPRESSION: Benign changes.>This constitutes a BIRADS category II report (Benign finding). As med tech, I am aware of attention to detail & mistakes that can be made. So, WHAT IS IT? (My obgyn left me a message and called it a 'virus' & thatIwas fine).Thoughts?
