Mammogram result

I got a copy of my mammogram done on my left breast and it states....

On review of the patients mammogram, I see an area of asymmetry on the CC view of the Left breast laterally. There are scattered Fibroglandular elements in the left breast.  Focal area in question in the left breast in prior mammogramphy is not reproduced and presumably represents superimposed breast tissue. Any one knows what this all mean?

Thanks, but I still don't understand what is an area of asymmetry?

The breasts are made up of Fibroglandular tissue; evidently something that was seen on your prior screening mammogram was no longer present when additional views were taken. Often a shadow is seen on one view and when different views are taken it proves to be some breast tissue that has folded over on itself and is no longer visible.     Regards .....
