This is a fairly complicated report ... it appears that you indeed have lymphedema which may well account for some of the other findings within each breast. Have you had any type of previous breast surgery or lymphnode sampling ?? This report must surely have been sent to your Physician and he/she would be the best person to explain it in detail since he/she knows your case. Evidently there was a nodule discovered in the left breast which might possibly require some type of biopsy. The other findings are things that I would think are apparent to you ... the inverted nipples, swollen breasts with an orange peel appearance to the skin. I'm very interested as to what treatment or further testing was recommended as a result of this report.  Regards ....

Hi, thanks for your fast reply. It's really appreciated.
Regarding previous breast surgery, I haven't had any breast surgeries but I've had a lymph node sample taken before. Is that the cause of the lymphedema in the left arm?
And does this mean the cancer has spread?

Were you diagnosed with cancer ?? If so you didn't mention that and if you were there certainly would have been some type of surgery recommended. Even when only one lymph node is sampled, lymphedema can result. Have you received any treatment for the lymphedema ?? If not you definitely should as this condition will only become worse with no treatment. Lymphedema and cancer are not related ... it's just that it follows the surgery and or removal of nodes necessary during the diagnosis or treatment of breast cancer.   Regards ..

You got IBC, Inflammatory breast cancer. That's what I had, and it's pretty serious. Stage 3. There is not always a tumor, or lump and the cancer often forms in nests. I'm afraid you will have the whole bit. Chemo first, then surgery and then radiation. Please keep us posted. i am too tired to say more now. You can also contact me privately and I will tell you more.

PS: I hope it has not spread further to other places.  That is also possible and I really hope it has not. It's a very, very aggressive cancer.  Treatment has become better, but it's not a good diagnosis.

PS: I just saw that you are a guy. I don't know how common this is in men. And, I am no doctor. it just sounds very much like IBC but it's not up to me to diagnose you, I just meant to tell you what I think.
