My Breast Hurt So Badly HELP!!!

my breasts have hurt ... im 22 years old and Not Pregnant. i have Mirena the birthcontrol and im really curious as to why they are hurting this badly. They are achey (achy) and the only thing that helps is when i either Hold them or Have a Bra on. I dont have Big breasts. Theyre only a 32B.
They mostly Hurt on the Sides Of them and underneath for some odd reason. my nipples are fine there is no change in them so i dont know wat it is. Ive been Freakin my self out with the thought of Breast cancer... My husband keeps tellin me im fine... Just wondering if anyone would have any ideas as to why they are hurting... also i dont Get my period Due to the Mirena... could it have something to do with that or what? ugh...

Mirena is the type of Intrauterine Device (IUD) that contains hormones similar to those found in birth control pills.
Because Mirena uses hormones, some women experience hormone-related side effects.
You could experience breast pain or tenderness, changes in menstrual bleeding,as well as entirely missed periods.
