My Pathology report, although benign, has some rare findings. Should I be worried?

I am 45 yrs old, sister had breast cancer-I recently had an excisional biopsy done.  Here is my pathology report:
Dioagonosis: A. right breast excision- Firbrocystic change with focal adenosis and Fibroadenomatoid.
Change: -Periductal Mastitis, - Pseudoangiomatous Stromal Hyperplasia, - Calcifications.
B. Right breast, Inferior margin, Excision- Firbrocystic change with apocrine metaplasia, -Periductal Mastitis
Clinical diagnosis and history: Right breast mass- 2.2 x 1.0 cm comlex cyst by ultrasound
Tissue submitted:
A. Right breast mass
B. Right breast mass inferior margin
My surgeon says that this is benign fibrocystic desease.  I am scheduled for another ultra sound in a couple of months to be certain that he removed the entire mass.  The excisional biopsy was done without an ultra sound so he can not be sure that he removed the entire mass.
There seems to be some rare findings in this pathology.  What does it mean?

Thanks for the quick response!  What I meant by rare was the PASH.  Also, in my internet research re: PASH, I have not come across any cases where calcifications were also present.  On the contrary, what I have read indicates NO calcifications seen.   I am very happy that no mention was made of Atypia.  That was a very good thing!

I don't really see anything rare in your report and it does indicate Fibrocystic Condition as well as mastitis. Although there is Hyperplasia there is no mention of Atypia which is a good thing. With a mass that large I would think there would be no doubt as to the complete removal.   Regards ....
