I would like to inform you that we DO NOT prescribe here in the Breast Cancer Community !!! You have posted some rather complicated instructions and I hope you realize that you are speaking to a 16 year old girl. General information regarding various types of treatment is certainly encouraged but to list in such detail when you don't know anything about the person or how much understanding they may have isn't a good idea. To be perfectly honest I see no connection between headaches and nipple retraction ..... especially in a teenager.  Thank you .... "japdip", C.L. Breast Cancer Community.

Hi ,
An inverted nipple in males or females is not that unusual and it's not necessarily a sign of breast cancer.
If you were born with an inverted nipple, it's fine. But when a normal nipple suddenly becomes inverted, you should see your doctor, because there are several things that could cause a nipple to retract. For one, it could be Gynecomastia which is a  benign disorder caused by hormone imbalance in young males, due to puberty. Gynecomastia gland can bind the nipple to the muscle tissue causing the nipple to invert and become painful.
It could also be an infection, a cyst or other benign growth.
I strongly doubt that what you have is a sign of a serious condition especially at your young age,but please remember that you should always check with a health professional if you have any concerns about changes in your breast.
Take care…
P.S. In my opinion, I don’t think that your other health problems are related to the nipple retraction.
