Need opinion

Hi,

I get good answers here as usual.  

I don't think that getting answers from her oncologist will make me completely comfortable. A second opinion about the chemo regimen will be welcome.

I am from Canada but we came in Taiwan (her Country) for her treatment. I am willing to pay for a second opinion (only about the chemo regiment) out of the country and I could fax or email the complete pathology report.

Do any service like that exist? or any onclogist here can help me?

I seriously doubt that you will be able to get a second opinion via fax .... a reputable Oncologist would certainly want to see the pt. as well as review all records before offering an opinion. I don't quite understand that you aren't comfortable with the opinion of your present Oncologist since you seemingly chose to see a Dr. in that country. I'm afraid if you think you need the second opinion you will have to consult another Oncologist locally or go elsewhere for treatment. You could post your question on the "Expert" Forum where Dr.s who are employed by the Cleveland Clinic answer. Perhaps they could advise you of where you might find another Oncologist in your area.
