Hi Emibus,

We have recently been faced with the same decision as you.  We found that Neulasta was not FDA approved as yet so we avoided it for that reason.  In the end we have just finished a 10 day cycle of Neupogen which is FDA approved and is covered by insurance.  Since we started the Neupogen cycle 12 days ago we have had minimal side effects in regards to the bone sawness and have maintained a high WBC.   Although we still have 2 weeks to go in this chemo cycle so we won't know the true benifits until around mid February.
