We have recently been faced with the same decision as you. We found that NeulastaNeulasta was not FDA approved as yet so we avoided it for that reason. In the end we have just finished a 10 day cycle of NeupogenNeupogen Neupogen singleject which is FDA approved and is covered by insurance. Since we started the NeupogenNeupogen Neupogen singleject cycle 12 days ago we have had minimal side effects in regards to the bone sawness and have maintained a high WBCWbc count. Although we still have 2 weeks to go in this chemo cycle so we won't know the true benifits until around mid February.
