Neupogen and Bone Pain

My sister was given a Neupogen shot 2 weeks ago.  Within 2 hours she started experiencing excrutiating bone pain.  The pain has not gone away.  She continues to get severe pain in her arms and back as well as burning on her face and mouth.  Has anyone experienced pain for this long from one shot?  Also, she is taking vicodin and tylenol to help but it just barely takes the edge off the pain.  Any ideas what might help and how long it will take for this pain to go away?

I TOO HAD BONE PAIN  AND ALSO TAKE VICODEN FOR THE PAIN BUT  I ALSO HAVE NEUROPATY IN HANDS AND FEET AND I STOPPED MY CHEMO IN OCT. OF 06. AND STILL HAVING PAIN.... MY DOCTOR SAID IT COULD TAKE A YEAR OR MORE OR EVEN HATE TO SAY IT MAY NOT GO AWAY AT ALL  BEST OF LUCK TO HER IT'S NOT EASY..
