New lump in front of ear

Hi,
I had an IDC, 1.2cm, no nodes, AC chemo X 4 and radiotherapy - finished in October 2004. Well since then.
Now, I've had five episodes of bleeding from 'down below' since Christmas - strange as I had a hysterectomy in 1995. Saw Doc for internal, swabs and bloods on Friday. He commented that my face looked rounder than usual (which I hadn't noticed). The next day,the left side of my face was markedly swollen and I now have a hard round lump in front of my ear. The lump is painless unless I press it hard. Have also had a continuous splitting headache since Saturday.
I should hear back from my Doc by tomorrow re: test results so am trying to stay calm until then but have any of you experienced either/or bleeding and/or lump in front of ear? I feel like I'm falling apart!
Any help greatly appreciated!
