Nipple Discharge

by are1982, Sep 22, 2009 11:56AM
I am 46 years old and for the past two months I have noticed a discharge coming from my nipples on occassion when they are squeezed.  I have never noticed this happening before.  Is this something I should be concerned about?

Breast discharge, especially when the breasts are squeezed, is a normal response coming from the brain. If there is discharge without stimulation or the discharge is bloody and from only one breast then there is cause for concern.  You might ck. with your Dr. if you are terrribly concerned but as a rule what you describe isn't anything to worry about.      Regards ......
