Nipple Discharge

I recently discovered that i have nipple discharge from both breasts during a self breast exam. I also have severe itching of both breasts, esepecially around the areolas. I do not have any children, and am not currently pregnant and have never been. My breast are very tender to the touch. I have noticed unusually dry skin around my right nipple and below the right areola. I went to my OBGyn's office and they took a sample of the discharge and found "no malignancy". since the symptoms have not subsided, should I still be conserned, is there anything else I can do?

Nipple discharge isn't of much concern unless it is from only one breast and spontaneous. From your post yours seemed to happen after stimulation (SBE). If you continue to be concerned you might consider making an appointment with a Breast Specialist for some additional investigation into the matter. General breast tenderness is usually due to hormonal changes in the body.    Regards ....
