Nipple disease and paget's

I have a sore nipple since april 2007 up to date. I did a mamo, ultrasounds, blood test and 2 FNAB and all came clean, and I was told that I have fibroadenoma in both breasts. The point is that I have an ugly looking right nipple, a bit pinkish in color and has crust over its edges. No nipple discharge, or oozing, and no ulcers. Doctor told me this could be nipple adenoma, or aczema, or even nipple adenomatosis. I did not take any kind of medical treatments I taley started to apply vaseline which helped the crust go away. Yet the ugly look is still present and a bit hard on the tip of the nipple head. Could this be paget's.... I do not have any changes in breast skin, shape or color and no lymph node involved.
I attached a photo for you to see what could this be, and what shall I do. I saw 7 docs till now and they confirm the same the problem is I am afraid docs are missing out something!!! any one who know someone who experienced paget's or they did themselves.Pls help the feeling is killing me and I am soooo desperate.

thanks for your reply. You know what confuses me is what I read in the internet, and what I hear from the docs. You are true they should have not missed anything such as paget's. Let's hope for the best. thanks again

I doubt that the number of Physicians you have seen could all have missed anything as serious as Paget's. I suggest that since all your breast exams have been negative I would suggest that you see a Dermatologist about the nipple problem. Fibroadenomas are benign breast tumors and unless they cause a lot of pain or become very large they are usually just left alone.   Regards ....
