Nipple pain, hard lumb under it

Im 17, not pregnant, and just off my period, for the past week my right nipple has been in major pain and i just noticed that there is a smallish hard lumb just under and to the left of my nipple that is not on my other breast. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this same problem before or what you think i should do?

This could be something involving a milk duct. I would suggest that you see your Dr. for a clinical breast exam and any testing that might be appropriate for this problem. It's impossible to speculate over the internet without benefit of examination.    Regards ....

im having the same trouble it exactly the same i am going to mention it to my doctor but also my nipples have been itching like mad,mum said that i should do a pregnancy test due to thats how she found out she was pregnant with me,i am also 17 so dont worry dont feel as if your on your own.
