Nipples symptom

I first apologize for putting this question in this category but I rly need help.
Okay so I'm 18 and suddenly my nipples began to become flaky and stuff.
It itches and now I have a discharge on my left nipple. Both nipples are peeling but
the left one is rly rly itchy.

they are also very warm and it hurts when I squeeze them.

I don't think i'm pregnat cause I just finished having my period. I've never had a baby so yeahh
can someone tell me what should I use ?

Hi,
The skin on the nipple and areola can become flaky or scaly, with little scales of skin coming off and this could be just dry skin, or due to some kind of allergic reaction to soap,lotion or clothing.
The nipple discharge is normal because when you squeeze it, that's what usually happens and it's not too concerning.To make it stop,you have to abstain from pressing on the nipple though.
If the discharge comes out spontaneously, (without squeezing) then there might be a reason for concern and you should see your doctor about it.
The best thing to do about the itchiness is to have a dermatologist examine your nipples to see if this is just dry skin or eczema that needs to be treated.
