Not sure if is a lump!

Looking down on the lower right of my left breast I have had a long lump. It seems as though it is on the edge of the breast bone not quite under the breast.  It is not a marble type lump, it is more like a long raised area, about 1-2 inches long.

Sometimes it itches, but for the most part I don't even know it's there.

I had a mamogram (mammogram) about a year ago and it was clear.  Although I can't remember if this was there or not.

It seems I also have started getting moles under each of the breasts.  Not dark moles, but a light pink.  They have stayed the same size since they appeared, don't bleed and seem kind of flabby.

I am 48 years old and haven't had my period in over a year.
