Orange Peel skin

by buckeyeluvngirl, May 13, 2009 01:39PM
For the last couple months I have had a bunch of tiny red blood vessels on my breast that makes it appear really red/pink in areas.  I have been to my GP who didnt feel it was anything but scheduled me for a mammogram--I get in next week--I am very very concerned about inflammatory breast cancer.  I have  been watching that breat vey closely--when my nipple is stimulated, my areola wrinkles and around the 12 o'clock area I have a couple "bumps"--which I also have on the other breat and assume are montogemery glands but my concern is when my areola gets all wrinkled you can see the pores on this area--its this the beginning of orange peel skin or is it normal?

Dear buckeyeluvngirl, What you describe sounds like a normal reaction.  However, if you are still concerned bring your concerns to the attention of your doctor who will be able to check this out better through physical examination.
