Pagets Disease

i have for the past 6 months felt an itchy feeling in my right breast. I have had implants and an ultrasound on this breast that came back clear. I have also had a physical with a lot of lab work in the last month that came back clear. No family history of breast cancer. Should I be worried
I have heard that this is a sign of Pagets.

With all the tests you went through,if Paget disease was the case,then I think it would have been detected.The symptoms of Paget disease, may include redness and mild scaling and flaking of the nipple skin, tingling, itching, increased sensitivity, burning, and pain. There may also be discharge from the nipple, and the nipple can appear flattened against the breast.
If you don't have these symptoms mentioned above,the itchiness, could be a reaction related to your implants and you should have this checked out.
Also dermatitis (skin problem) or an allergy could cause itchiness of the involved skin.
I think that you should see a dermatologist for proper evaluation and management It is hard to tell exactly what you are dealing with, without the benefit of a good physical examination.
