Pain in nipple

Hi im 12 nearly 13 and i recently fell on my chest while trying to lay down on my belly. When i did i felt a really strong pain on my right breast. Im not sure how to describe this but the nipple feels hard, harder then my left. It hurts when i touch it. My mother is planning to take me to the hospital on monday but right now im scared. Also around my nipple there is kind of like a rash. Its basically a red exterior of my nipple. Im thinking i just bruised it but im not quite sure. I been feeling this pain since i fell on the floor. Help

Hi there,
If you think that something is terribly wrong with your nipple, please don't.You simply bumped your nipple too hard on the floor resulting in injury to delicate blood vessels causing bleeding under the skin, pain and maybe a little lump under the nipple. This would happen on any other part of your body if it were injured.
Apply cold compresses and see how it goes.Your mom is wise to take you to a doctor for an exam so you can be assured that there is nothing serious there.Okay?
Take care ..
