I'm not quite clear as to exactly what was found on Mammogram and ultrasound. You say "fibroids" but this is not a word that is used relating to a breast condition. It is either Fibrocystic Breasts or Fibroadenomas of the breast. In either case if the lesions are terribly painful they can be removed surgically if such a procedure is recommended by a Breast Surgeon. This does not mean that they won't return though .... a good supportive bra and over the counter pain medication may help as well as reduction in the amount of your intake of caffeine. There would be no increased risk of breast cancer because of Fibrocystic Breast Condition. Regards ....
