Parenchymal tissue

I just received the mammogram report and mentioned that "there is a mild amount of parenchymal tissue distributed symmetrically in both breasts. There are no suspicious masses, clustered microcalcifications or area of architectyral distortion.

Could you please explain what is Parenchymal tissue

Parenchymal tissue is merely the essential tissue that makes up an organ; not the tissue that is the framework of the particular organ which is called the stroma. It's normal.      Regards .....
