Path report

Hey,
Got my path report back.  Here is the net out:
breast parenchyma with large lactiferous ducts - the parenchyma shows multiple proliferative and fibrocystic changes - proliferative changes include usual ductal hyperplasia, papillary ductal hyperplasia, apocine metalasia and papillary apocrine metaplasia - adenosis, sclerosing adenosis and duct ectasia with cystic dilation are also seen
final diagnosis:
breast parenchyma with fibrocystic changes, usual ductal hyperplasia, and apocrine metaplasia, with papillary and non papillary apocrine metaplasia

What do you think? What do you think the f/u plan will be?  Any concerns for cancer in the future?
