Pathologists Can't Agree ADH, DIN or DCIS but I need Treatment Plan

I am a 44 year old premenopausal female in otherwise good health. In Febraury 2007 I underwent a core biopsy with a result of high grade DCIS with comedo necrosis, 2 foci @o.1 cm each, ER positive. The procedure and pathology were performed in a small town hospital. I took my slides, films and biopsy report to a large city hospital for a sencond pathology opinion. The result from them was "ductal intraepithelial neoplasia, Grade 1 (DIN 1). That is the new World Health Organization classification for the gray area between ADH and DCIS. I subsequently took all my information to a large city cancer center. Their pathologist indicated ADH. I also had an MRI performed immediately after the core biopsy which indicated that there is no spread of DCIS. I then had an surgical biopsy as recommended by the cancer center to help determine whether the tissue is ADH or DCIS. The results are that the core biopsy cavity contained no material and the surrounding material was normal (benign). So the surgery did not answer the orginal question but did indicate that whatever I had is no longer there. My problem is: After three opinions, and MRI and and two biopsies, I still don't know if I have ADH, DIN or DCIS and need to develop a treatment plan. Any recommendations?
