Dear Bunny, Ki67 is one of the tumor markers sometimes noted on the pathology report of a biopsy.  It gives information regarding how quickly the tumor cell may be dividing.  This information is interpreted in combination with other biopsy information.  It is not clear at this time how Ki67 information should be interpreted.  Current studies are underway which look at the Ki67 and other tumor markers to determine what information will be important in terms of treatment recommendations.
