Pimples on my right breast

I noticed a pimple on my right breast about two wweks ago. It strated to disappear but now looks like a liht rash. Another pimple has now poppped up. Any thoughts?  Could it be breast cancer?

Pimples can appear on the breast like anywhere else on the body.
You could use any medication you would normally use for pimples,including an antibacterial soap.
If things don't improve in a few days,please have it checked by your doctor or dermatologist,particularly if you notice other symptoms like,sudden increase in breast size,redness, itchiness,persistent pain, change in skin texture etc..
If you have none of these symptoms mentioned above,I don't think that you should worry about breast cancer,because it sounds mostly as a skin problem.
