Pinching

Im 20 and I've had like a pinching pain in my left nipple it comes and goes I can't remener of it goes from my left and right nipple it's like a sharp pain kinda not all the time it's like over a week past my last period I don't know if I should be worried.

Not sure what might be causing the pain you describe .... it could be hormone related. If this continues then I would suggest you see your Dr. for a clinical breast exam and I'm sure you will get some definite answers there. It's really impossible to speculate over the internet about a symptom such as this.   Regards ....
