Pleomorphic microcalcifications in both breasts

Hi. I recently had my yearly mammogram and was called back last week for additional views. I've had microcalcs in my left breast for years and had a biopsy done in 2002 (which was benign). Last week they said the microcalcs were increasing in my left breast (2 clusters, more prominent) and they recommend surgical excision. They also found a tight cluster of microcalcs in my right breast and biopsied the area that day. The path results came back on Friday- papilloma in right breast, "not necessarily cancer, but it means things are lurking...". I'm meeting with a surgeon tomorrow and as I've done more research, I've become convinced that the likelihood that it's DCIS is fairly high.

I guess I'm just looking for some expert opinion on what you might think it is. Thanks.

Shaun
