Possible breast cancer

What are the possibility of diagnosing a breast cancer if you have developed the following symptom;

- Clear liquid discharge from breast's nipple
- Iciness/discomfort at the infected area
- lump
- fever

From the symptoms you describe I would be thinking of an infection rather that breast cancer. If you have all these symptoms I trust you have or soon will have an appointment with your Dr. for an examination and treatment.Breast discharge is not necessarily abnormal but I'm not sure what "infected area" you mean. Certainly if you are running a fever then you should be seen and treated accordingly.  Regards ....
