Post radiation pain and itching in breast

I know that it is normal to have breast pain and itching after radiation.  But my problem is that it has almost been 4 years!  The pain and itch had lessened over time, but now it seems to have come back full force!  And believe me it is no fun!  Is this normal?

I think 4 years is quite a long time too. Perhaps you should see your Oncologist or possibly a Dermatologist about this problem. Either Physician should be able to offer some help with this.  Regards ....
