Hi,
Some lumpiness in the breasts is common due to hormonal fluctuations during the menstrual cycle. But persistent lumps need a cinical evaluation by a physician and a mammogram and USG later if required. You should schedule an appointment with your physician and see what he has to say. Are you experiencing any other abnormal signs like nipple discharge etc. Do report them to the physician too. Goodluck.
