Pure Tubular Carcinoma

Biopsy Result #1 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, well differentiated (Tubular Carconoma) Grade 1, Nuclear Grade 1, Size 1cm, lymphatic?vascular invasion not identified
#2 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, NOS Type, Histologic Grade I (well developed tubules), Nuclear Grade II
Benign Lymph Note 0/1
I was told biopsy #1 was pure tubular carcinoma, but am unsure now with NOS Type Dx, and a different Nuclear Grade #2. Can you explain biopsy result #2?
