Red Swollen Bump on breast feels like bubbly (when I squeezed it blood&puss came out)

I was just curious should I be doing anything I dont have health insurancce I try not to mess with it BUT its right where my bra ssits I have never had this problem ever and Its like weird LIke inflammed almost I thought it was going away cause it had like dry skin on top with layers coming off BUT then it swelled bacck up ITs not painful so much as annoying

Its big enough that when I have a tight shirt on You can see it  Im 23 I dont feel comfortable talking to anyone I know
