Reoccuring spot on breast

So, I have this spot that keeps reappearing on my left breast.  It has the signs of a blood blister(as far as I know) but it keeps reappearing over a few years.  This would not concern me as much but I also have a substance coming out of my nipple.  Now, I used to have it pierced and took it out because it was not healing correctly but I took it out over 3 years ago and to this day still have leakage(for lack of a better term).  Should I be highly concerned about this?

These two things may be related to an infection since you say the piercing never healed properly. I would suggest that you ck. with your Dr. and see if there is something that can be done to clear this up. I'm not quite clear if the spot you mention involves the same area but that should be ck.d out also.     Regards ....

The spot is not in the same area, it is on the inside of my breast approximately 4 or so inches from the nipple.
