Return of hair growth after Taxotere

Has there every been a case noted that a woman has not been able to regrow her hair after having to under taxotere treatments. Also what are the chances of permanent damage to hair follicles of having to under go first Taxotere treatments and then having to submit to CMF treatments.  Your input would be appreciated. PJ

Dear PJ: I have not seen a person loose hair permanently as a result of chemotherapy.  I have seen it grow in thicker, thinner, straighter and curlier - but it has generally grown in.  Typically, CMF is not a "balding" regimen.  The hair will usually thin, however.
